The Fenix LD15R is a compact and portable flashlight with an effective light output, ideal for tourism, daily use, hunting and work of uniformed services. The versatility of the flashlight is an excellent feature that any user will appreciate. The shape of the Fenix LD15R is reminiscent of the angle flashlights used by the US Army for almost 70 years.
The light source is two high-power LEDs, a white Cree XP-G3 LED and a red Everlight LED. The LD15R is powered by a CR123A lithium battery or a 16340 rechargeable Li-ion battery with 700mAh capacity and produces a peak output of 500 lumens. The operating time is up to 110 hours. The flashlight has a maximum range of 85 meters. The device offers four brightness levels for white light (turbo, high, medium, low) and red light modes (continuous red light, red signal light, SOS).
Depending on your needs, you can use a white light beam with a maximum brightness of 1,800 candela or a subtle, glare-free red light with a beam of 6 candela.
The flashlight also features a battery level indicator - steady green light (100-85%), flashing green light (85-50%), steady red light (50-25%) and flashing red light (25-1%).
Charging the battery without removing it from the flashlight is convenient and practical. In addition, the LD15R has a chip and a micro USB port, so the battery can be charged with a power bank, for example.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. With just one button, the flashlight can be turned on and off and settings can be changed. The device remembers the previously selected mode. The next time it is turned on, that brightness level is automatically activated.
This flashlight is made of high-strength, oxidation-resistant aluminum alloy and stainless steel. A universal two-way clip and magnetic base complete the case. The device meets the IP68 standard, which provides waterproofing, and is drop-proof up to 1.5 meters.
