Small experience report on the pistol crossbow Cobra 80 lbs of a customer:
Initially, I was warned by various forum posts on the subject of Cobra, somewhat dampened in my expectations. But after unpacking (by the way: the shipping by BSW very fast!)Joy about the processing and easy assembly. The burriness of the aluminum parts mentioned in forums was not noticeable. The cocking lever is ingenious, very fast cocking, but somewhat forceful. The trigger itself is very difficult to operate (also somewhat unergonomically positioned), without any pressure point, but when firing you notice that the Cobra has quite a bit of power. If you have become accustomed to these peculiarities, results in, measured at 15 meters distance a shooting circle of about 20cm. Mind you, shot with one hand. 20m could be within the realm of possibility. Larger distances I will, for safety reasons, only after installation of an arrow net tackle. The sighting device did not have to be adjusted, presumably shot by the manufacturer at 10m or 15m clean.Special feature: the BSW set includes as an accessory pack 3 BSW arrows with continuous aluminum shafts, which I consider better than the two-piece plastic-aluminum shafts normally included in Cobra sets.
All in all, a fun device with relatively good quality, high accuracy, powerful steam, but definitely not for small hands.
