The Swiss Arms SA 941 is based on the Jericho 941 model (also known as the Baby Desert Eagle) from the Israeli weapons manufacturer Israel Military Industries. In 2005, the company's handgun division was spun off and privatized under the name Israel Weapon Industries (IWI).
The well-crafted plastic replica features a metal slide and metal outer barrel. This gives the weapon realistic handling. The fixed slide ensures efficient power consumption. According to the manufacturer, up to 200 rounds are possible with one capsule. The integrated rail enables the attachment of dieverser accessories and the proven BAX system improves the hit pattern many times over. A speedloader is included in the scope of delivery.
Air guns (air pistols and air rifles under 7.5 joules) must have an -F- marking in the pentagon. The acquisition, possession and transport of the weapons is permitted to adults without a firearms license. However, they are subject to the ban on carrying (§42 a WaffG).
