The nominal value given is only a guide value, the effective firing force depends on the skills of the tuner and the seal of the system. When installed correctly, the effective value usually deviates less than 10% from the nominal value. Experience shows that in most cases the effective value is higher than the nominal value, therefore, in case of doubt, always tend to the next weaker spring. In order to achieve the desired muzzle velocity as optimally as possible, it is often necessary to try out various components and combinations (springs, piston head, cylinder head, etc.). For systems with a particularly good seal (e.g. KWA G2X), massively lower nominal values must be selected.

To avoid spring breakage, at least one of the two supports (Piston Head or Spring Guide) should have ball bearings. We advise against tuning in principle, conversion work may only be carried out by expert users with appropriate experience and technical skills and knowledge. Modification work usually reduces the reliability of the rifle and voids the warranty. We ask for your understanding that we cannot carry out any conversion work and cannot offer any help in the case of unsuccessful tuning. We also ask you to note that it is not sufficient to replace only one component in a tuning. All components must harmonize with each other to achieve the desired performance and to prevent defects.
